Ginger Crabtree is the Director of Behavioral Learning Center, LLC. Ms. Crabtree has over 14 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in Springfield, Missouri. She began her work in the field of behavior analysis as an implementer providing treatment with a young child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home setting. Within a year, she began to provide implementation for additional children in the area. At that time certification for behavior analysts was voluntary. Ms. Crabtree decided to pursue certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to promote consistent treatment standards in the field of behavior analysis. Ms. Crabtree became a BCaBA in 2002 after completion of coursework and supervision with Dr. Vincent Carbone. She continued to provide behavioral services for families’ in-home programming. Additionally, she began to provide ABA consultative services for a local privatized special education provider, as well as in public education settings. The years that followed provided opportunities to work in a community mental health center. During her years there, Ms. Crabtree trained and supervised staff working with learners ages 18 months to 10 years in the clinic setting. She collaborated with psychologists, developmental pediatricians, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists to provide screening and post-diagnostic recommendations for families with a child on the autism spectrum. Ms. Crabtree was the Director of a behavioral day treatment program providing ABA treatment to children with dual mental health diagnoses. In December of 2011 Ms. Crabtree completed her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. In January of 2012 Ms. Crabtree became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and became licensed in the state of Missouri (LBA) in May of the same year.

Ms. Crabtree’s experience includes implementation of the principles and procedures of ABA to assess and remediate deficit behavior while decreasing excessive or problem behavior. Additionally she has provided behavioral training for professionals and parents. Her skills include assessment of verbal behavior, functional analysis of problem behavior, consultation and treatment services in a variety of settings including, home settings, clinic settings and private and public educational settings. She has provided ABA assessment and treatment services for learners age 18 months to16 years. She has extensive training and experience in the area of Verbal Behavior.
